At Park City Construction & Cabinet Co., our process is an integral part of what we do every day. It’s what keeps us on track and ensures that we keep the right communications with our clients. 1. Initial Consultation: We schedule a meeting at your home to measure the space, discuss your ideas, evaluate your needs and wants, and establish budget guidelines.
2. Preliminary Design and Budget: We combine your ideas into a preliminary design and prepare a written, preliminary budget outlining the scope of work to be performed.
3. Retainer and Final Design: If you decide to move forward, we request a retainer and a final design is produced, including all product selections and the entire scope of work.
4. Documentation and Contract: We complete all necessary documentation, preparing a comprehensive contract that outlines material selections, the scope of work, and general conditions.
5. Permits and Scheduling: If required, we obtain permits, and the final job schedule is prepared, taking into account material delivery schedules.
6. Construction Stage: Our project management and construction teams work diligently to schedule and manage all aspects of your project. We maintain regular communication, and our team is available to address any questions or concerns. We handle deliveries, and debris removal, and maintain a clean and safe work site.
7. Final Walk-through and Inspection: Once the project is complete, your project manager and/or designer conduct a final walk-through, ensuring it meets our high-quality standards. We may take photos of the project and request your evaluation of our performance.
